How much does it cost?
  • $TBD based on cruiseline prices to be listed 6 months prior to event - will include cruise, activities (other than those listed at a surcharge), pesky hidden cruise fees, taxes, and staff gratuity (aside from any additional food/beverage you may purchase)
  • $TBD - Qamp Qare package options to include voyage diary, travel mug, logo tote bag, zippered "makeup" bag, baseball cap, keychain or dog tags, Qamp button 
  • $25 combo discount for those attending the previous weekend's Squallix Tourney 
  • Prices guaranteed at time final payment is made

What's included?
  • Double occupancy accommodation, meals as outlined, academy activities, ship amenities and entertainments

  • This is a full-immersion theme experience, so come as you are or as you wish to be

What are the deposit & cancellation policies?

DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS
  • $175 holds your spot
  • 50% of total due 105 days prior to departure
  • 75% of total due 90 days prior to departure
  • 100% of total due 75 days prior to departure

CANCELLATION FEES
  • up to 120 days prior = None, nada, no fee, you get your entire deposit back  
  • 90-119 days prior = 25% of total forfeited. (75% will be refunded to you.)
  • 60-89 days prior = 50% of total forfeited. (50% will be refunded to you.) 
  • 30-59 days prior = 75% of total forfeited. (25% will be refunded to you.) 
  • 16-29 days prior = 85% of total forfeited. (15% will be refunded to you.) 
  • 0-15 days prior = 100% of total fare per guest
